No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing services. Fonts are served locally; no data is transmitted to font providers. Your language choice (DE/EN) is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to any server.
Hosting and server log files
When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time, requested file) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Host: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; for transfers to the USA, Cloudflare relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries by email
The “Enquire” button opens your email program with a prepared message; the site itself neither stores nor sends any data. If you write to me, I process your name, email address and the details in your message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
I link to my Instagram profile. No Instagram content is embedded. Instagram’s (Meta’s) privacy policy applies only once you click the link.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Bavaria this is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
